By agreeing below, the Client represents that they have reviewed the entire Rental Terms and Conditions (linked above and below), agrees to be bound by all of its terms, obligations, provisions, conditions and costs, AND is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the Client. If required, the Client gives permission to the Company to securely store their Credit Card data on file. Additionally the Client authorizes the Company to charge the card, with condition of receipt, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The undersigned also understands that this is a Universal Agreement beginning on the Date stated above. This means no other Agreements will need to be signed between the Client and the Company for any subsequent rentals or transactions. The Terms and Conditions stand as legitimate and valid until another agreement is signed between both parties.
